A first class company who puts representatives first is what I am looking for. Show me a compensation plan that is second to none. I've got bills to pay and want to get the most out of what I am already paying for monthly. I enjoy the finer things of life, want to help my children or grand children with a college education, work on a better retirement package for myself or it would be nice to replace my current job, get out of the rat race and relax and travel while working for myself. I thought about all of these before.
SHOW ME THE MONEY!

Can Your Office Use a Little Organizing?
EVALUATE YOUR SPACE
Determine what you use or don't use on a daily basis in your office. Those items you use often should be positioned so you can easily get to them. You may also do what I have done. Those things I never use, throw them away or donate to charity. About all, move things out of the way to avoid bumping in to them. This chore is similar to clearing and moving icons on your computer desktop that you seldom use and putting them in a folder; out of sight, ot of mind. Consider your furnishings making sure they are not too large for the room size. Determine the furniture arrangement and what style is best for you; the L-shape, U-shape and the parallel layout. get a good adjustable chair so you can swivel and roll across the floor easily.
Martha Belden offers a few quick organization tips:
- Get in the habit of putting things back in their proper places immediately.
- Plan activities on a calendar and make to-do lists.
- Limit the number of hanging file folders yhou use.
- Designate a place for newspapers and periodicals
- Stacking trays are good for organizing paperwork. Take time daily to clear your "in" tray and put papers in your "out" tray.
I will also add that with my 5LINX business as an Essential Services Broker, my Laptop, Tablet, or Pad, eliminate most of the paper work. Business ownership with 5LINX, offers two websites; one for products and services completely ready to serve customers and a virtual office with complete accounting and tracking of my business. Either way, Happy Organizing!

Why Mobile Marketing Works for Business - Telecommunications
Communicate with speed and impact
Send a text message and the whole world could get it. News, good or bad, shows up on your Mobile Phone via Social Media. Everyone is delivering the news these days. This is one of the major reasons businesses should not be slow in integrating Mobile Marketing into their advertising budget.
Why Mobile Marketing Works: It works because it is the fastest-growing method of business communication. It is the #1 communication tool. By 2014 it is estimated that 85% of businesses will be utilizing some sort of text marketing to promote their business and increase sales.
Knowledge is Power:
90% of commercial emails are never opened.
97% of text messages are opened and read.
112 million consumers actively text message in the U.S. and Canada
15% of the 350 billion text messages sent monthly are for marketing purposes.
Here is how one form of Mobile Marketing works - TextAlertz
Let's say you own a restaurant. It is a rainy Monday afternoon and the tables are virtually empty. The prospects for that evening's dinner crowd are not looking good. But you have TextAlertz, so you send out this message to your special VIP list: "Rainy Day Special at Cathy's Diner. Show this message for 15% off yhour meal. Tonight Only. Bon Apetit!" You schedule your message for 6:00 pm when everyone is getting off work, and by 6:02 pm hundreds of your best customers have seen your offer and are considering changing their plans for dinner that night. Your rainy night is salvaged when douzens of customers come in and present the coupon they received on their cell phone.
Try It! Use any of the following key words and text it to 55469: Key words: Barber, Carwash, Church, Club College, Comedy Daycare, Lawncare, Pizza, Radio, Retail
Businesses can not afford not to use this new technology.

HOME BASED BUSINESS OK WITH RESIDUAL INCOME

Above all things, get understanding. For decades, most Americans paid monthly bills and will continue for the rest of their lives. Many are using and keeping up with technology by paying bills on line. Nevertheless, it’s a monthly chore regardless if you are classified as poor, middle class or down right rich.
So let’s explore some common bills: Rent or mortgage, gas and electric, home and cell phones, Internet, home security system, satellite TV, Identity Theft protection, Energy (gas electricity). Most of these are necessities. At the least, it allows us to get some enjoyment from the fruits of our labor.
One day, I decided to take an indepth look at cashback offers from major banks. “Earn a total of 5% Cash Back on up to $1,500 spent in bonus categories each quarter. 2% cashback on gas and groceries.” Bonus points can be received and redeemed for cash. Qualifying transactions must be made over a period of time. These transactions included purchases, transfers and other ways to gain points. Not a bad way to get cashback from your spending.
I have never thought of Cash Back in a home based business. I was introduced to a home based business by a friend and the business model provided for the opportunity to build an organization of business partners and customers. Residual income is one of the terms used to describe one of the ways income is earned in this business. Residual income in my opinion is not a term used by consumers daily or one that is commonly heard often but Cash Back is. As I began to get more understanding of what I have my hands on, I began to realize that this telecommunication, technology and now energy company pays a residual income on monies spent on bills each month. These bills are never paid off as long as you have the service. Therefore, an Independent Marketing Representative can get paid every time they pay their own bills and from the bills of their customers. This provides a consistent cash flow. Who in their right mind would not want to receive cashback (residual income) on bills they are going to pay anyway. I began to realize this is a once in a life time opportunity. The residual income is just one part of a magnificent compensation plan. Am I saying all of this because I am an Independent Marketing Representative with this company? No. This is the truth. As with any business, a solid business with significant income will depend on the effort and time of the individual representatives. This is also the truth. Meet me at my website. My first interest is to get Business Partners to understand that it is alright to get paid residually on bills they are already paying. It is fine to seek those who may want to do the same and build an organization and if you are comfortable with paying your bills each month, you can be comfortable starting your own home based business receiving bonuses and residual income from it.

Tips on Home Based Business Research
Do your own ResearchI just got through reading a Wall Street Journal Insert by Direct Selling News. www.DirectsellingNews.com and completely enjoyed numerous articles on this market. Some call it MLM, Network Marketing or Direct Sales. I have been so encouraged by the recognition and the big players investing in various types of home-based businesses because I am a proud owner of a Telecommunication, Technology and now Energy network marketing business at http://www.5Linx.net/Thewilsons.
One of the reasons I recommend that individuals should do their own research is: as I scan the internet, I find various comments where the words scam, rip off, pyramid and other terms are attached to Outstanding home-based businesses. One of the worse place to consult when making a decision to start your own network marketing business is a friend or family member who may not be an authority and have heard or read some of the same negative comments I have.
Some things to consider as you research. Select the products and services that interest you. Go to The Direct Selling Association enter the company name and see if it is a member. We are delighted about what is said about our Telecommunications company. You could be putting your business goals on hold by letting others discourage you on a decision you should make for yourself. According to The direct Selling News, Twelve up-and-coming direct selling companies were recently named to Inc. magazine’s annual Inc. 500/5000 ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. 5Linx of which I am an Independent Marketing Representative, made that list for four consecutive years.
Direct Selling is describe and is the ultimate social model. We have been in the game of sharing with friends, relatives, co-workers through various means, our businesses from home for years. Due to Telecommunicatins and Technology, a network marketing business can be shared faster with more diversity and worldwide. There are some Direct Sales Companies that have gone public, some are being bought by large investors, others remain private. The Direct Selling News insert in the Wall Street Journal has over 40 pages and was distributed to 1.2 million subscribers in the U.S. So the next time you hear, see or read comments about this market, do your own due diligence.
Would you like to be a part of our growing team of independent marketing representatives? We are looking for LEADERS--positive, self-driven individuals that are looking for something more out of life. We might just be the perfect fit for you.
